Die Cast Prototyping - Con-Cast Zinc Bar Stock Machined Prototypes

Brillcast can provide die cast prototypes ranging from individual components to complete assemblies that can be tested for fit, form and function prior to production. We can create solid models based on customer supplied data and provide polymer based models in one to two days.

Con-cast zinc bar stock machined prototypes can be produced which will have similar properties to a high pressure diecasting. These die castings can be used to verify performance in the finished product.

Brillcast can also provide environmental testing for various surface finishes in accordance with BHMA standards.
